  2.  AMIGA Plus Disk Information
  3.  
  4. If this is your original disk that came with AMIGA Plus,
  5.            PLEASE MAKE A COPY IMMEDIATELY!
  6.  
  7.     This disk features the following executable programs:
  8.  
  9. KamikazeChess - A Chess game by Jim Kent with a twist. In order to win the
  10.                 game, you must lose all your pieces.  Use the menu options or
  11.                 their keyboard equivalents to control the game.
  12.  
  13. VirusX        - Version 3.1 of Steve Tibett's Public Domain virus fighting
  14.                 utility.  The documentation is found in the file VirusX.doc.
  15.                 We have included this utility because we feel that every
  16.                 Amiga user should be protected from contracting and spreading
  17.                 computer viruses.
  18.  
  19. SuperView     - Version 2.1 of David Grothe's outstanding IFF picture display
  20.                 program.  Instructions are in SuperView.doc.  This is the
  21.                 most powerful 'show' utility we have seen, it is used to
  22.                 display many pictures on this disk.

  24. SampleProg    - The program compiled from the C source code which accompanies
  25.                 Mike Lehman's Intuition Plus programming article. It is in
  26.                 the Programming directory. To run it, click on the `ReadC'
  27.                 icon.  This will execute a script file that displays the
  28.                 source files then runs the program. Use the menus to see what
  29.                 it does (don't get too excited).
  30.  
  31. ExecPRT       - Also in the Programming directory, ExecPRT is the assembled
  32.                 executable code from Dan Wolf's Exec library assembly
  33.                 language programming article.  The source is in ExecPRT.asm.
  34.                 A brief note called readme.asm is also included.  This
  35.                 program will send a sentence to your printer.  Clicking on
  36.                 the ExecAsm icon will display the source file and notes.
  37.  
  38.    The Art directory contains two formats of animations and two utilities to
  39.  display them.  Steve Segal's "Happy Guy" animation uses NewMovie, Lion
  40.  Kuntz' Color Cycling demos use the Aegis Animator player called Play.  All
  41.  these animations can be shown in part or in full by SuperView.  A script
  42.  file and icon called "ShowAll" will do just this.

  44.    The Programming directory contains C source code files for the Intuition
  45.  Plus article, aids to compilation, and the executable.  Also included are
  46.  the assembler file, and an AmigaBASIC game, MasterMind.  In order to run
  47.  MasterMind, it must be copied to a disk containing the AmigaBASIC
  48.  interpreter (like the Extras disk).
  49.  
  50.    The S directory contains the script files MSDos and AmigaPLUS.alias which
  51.  contain aliases for use with the shell.  This is described in the Amiga
  52. shell article by Arnie Cachelin.
  53.  
  54.    You will also find the file MaxiTax which is the MaxiPlan spreadsheet
  55.  template for your U.S. tax return.  Enjoy!
